According to the Huffington Post, Dr. Meg Autry is the OB-GYN behind PRROWESS an organization essentially that plans to be on a floating ship in the Gulf of Mexico. You read that right women will be able to go to this programme in the middle of the Gulf on federal waters to obtain services.

The Post notes that the programme along with the ship would not be subject to state law simply because it is both not located within a state and is on federal waters.
