An elementary school in Uvalde Texas is making headlines today amid reports that 14 students and at least one teacher have died after being gunned down during the school day. Local reports say that the shooter has been identified as what was an 18-year-old student at Uvalde ‘s high school. He has since reportedly been shot and killed by police.
But meanwhile in Texas all that Ted Cruz cares about is “thoughts and prayers” until the next one.
According to what we ccould find, the school enrolls roughly second through fourth grades and Thursday was set to be the last day of school in the district. Our hearts go out to those who lost their lives today.
