In what is set to be one of many trials in the case Guy Reffitt is up first. According to reports, Reffitt ‘s jury in his case has been set with 16 DC residents set to ultimately decide his fate. He is one of many right-wing extreme Trump supporters who helped storm the Capitol on Jan 6th — something Trump has largely denied was done in wrong.
The jury is understood to include 9 men and 7 women and at least four alternates. Their identities are not being released to the public at this time. The judge in this case has made it clear that simply knowing about the attacks will not have someone removed from the jury pool.
