Because these days in New York City you are liable to see or even have anything of any kind to happen to oneself while out and about. Over the weekend, a woman was attacked with a bag of poop (no joke) while waiting for a subway in the city. The man is understood to have a rap sheet dating back to 1999 and was just released without bail earlier in February after having been arrested multiple times for unrelated assaults.
He has been identified as Frank Abrokwa, 37, who has been arrested more than 20 times since 1999. On 5 Feb, he was most recently arrested for attacking a man in the face at the Port Authority station in Manhattan.
His charges include: forcible touching, menacing, disorderly conduct and harassment, cops said
