As it turns out this is why Putin and Macron had that wildly long table inside the Kremlin

As many people have saw by now Vladamir Putin and Emmanuel Macron had a wildly long table during their now infamous meeting inside the Kremlin. Reports appear to have now revealed why that table was so long despite the dozens of hilarious jokes. Reuters spoke to members of Macron ‘s team who have since revealed that Macron feared that taking a Russian COVID test meant Putin would have his hands on a foreign leader’s DNA.

And that was a hard no for the French. Reuters claims to have spoken to multiple sources who confirmed the news which then meant that the ultra long table was used to separate the two leaders so the meeting could take place at all. Russia had initially tried to demand that Macron take a Russian approved PCR test, though, common sense says that may not have been a good idea for the French given Putin ‘s odd ways of stealing things from other people.
