Joe Biden ‘s lavish trips home to Delaware are costing American taxpayers upwards of about $3m. According to the New York Post, Biden has been to Delaware away from the WH roughly 77 days since assuming power in the United States.
According to official government documentation and finance records, that’s about 25 trips with a total of 43 weeks in office. The number actually out strips Donald Trump ‘s secret service costs (not counting the trips to Mar-a-Lago.)
Last month it was revealed by the Department of Homeland Security that a wall is being built around Joe Biden ‘s Delaware home. Many found the idea pretty hypocritcal considering Biden has opposed walls at the southern border of the United States of most types.
He has also been to Camp David for at least 11 getaways costing the taxpayers even more money. Meanwhile, inflation has soared past 6% despite Joe ‘s claims that America is fine and will “build back better” following the Coronavirus pandemic.
