The death of Illinois man Jelani Day is making headlines again this week. According to multiple reports, several websites and media outlets have gotten their hands on an autopsy report from the family in Day’s death. We have to warn you what you are about to read is absolutely the sickest thing we’ve ever heard of.
Inside the autopsy report, it is claimed that Day’s organs were partially liquified and that parts of his body had been flayed before allegedly being dumped in the river in which he was found floating in. The family does suspect foul play and investigations are underway.
Elsewhere in the pathology report, it was revealed that he was missing both his top and bottom row of teeth as if they had almost been intentionally removed. In case that couldn’t get any worse, his jaw bone had also been sawed out per details from the same autopsy report which contains a reference to the fact that a 2nd autopsy was also done at the request of the family.
It does not appear that there was a brain when he was found floating in the river either. The autopsy also revealed that his brain had been removed and liquified. He also had no liver nor spleen — it was as if someone had like they do in horror movies mutilated him.
A second examination revealed that his genitalia had also been flayed and pretty much destroyed to the point it could not even be identified at all.
EDITORS UPDATE: On Monday, a statement understood to be from Carmen (Jelani’s mother) has appeared online. While the statement makes clear no organs were reportedly missing, it is still unclear exactly how or why his jaw bone had been removed among other things.
