This weekend brought news of yet another lawsuit attempt against Prince Andrew. According to reports, Virginia Roberts and her attorney claim they managed to successfully serve Andrew, although, Andrew ‘s legal team maintains such didn’t happen properly.
The New York Times reports that Andrew’s legal team, Mr Brettley, plans to argue further down the line that the prince is protected under Hague Convention Rules and that this situation was not lawfully handled as such.
