Russia ‘s top brass has confirmed that the country is in fact in contact with the Taliban and reportedly planning to help the group secure its legitimacy as the government behind Afghanistan. Reuters was first to report the news, although, most of it remains unclear due to most deceptive practices coming out of Russia.
