A current system in the Atlantic Ocean is showing signs of trouble — that’s a bad thing for us humans

Climate change is back in the headlines once again. According to reports, scientists are sounding the alarm on a reported system of currents that is showing signs of instability in the Atlantic.

Scientists say this is a problem simply because this particular system of currents helps regulate the temperatures we enjoy. The temperature regulation point would have dire consequences for life on earth if further instability continues to show.

CNN notes that the aftermath of such a failure would likely begin the beginning of what would become of the climate collapse.
