A new development in Britney Spears’ legal saga has arrived. According to CNN, Britney ‘s lawyer in the conservatorship battle has asked that they be permitted to resign after learning of Spears’ previous testimony to the judge in the case.

Samuel D. Ingham,  who has been a part of Britney ‘s life since 2008, made the request this week in formal court documents. This resignation comes amid the resignation of her manager Larry Rudolph against the backdrop of a confirmation that appears to show Britney Spears is going to retire from music.
