LAFAYETTE PARISH, LOUISIANA — A shocking story out of Louisiana tonight after an apparent month’s long investigation into an alleged murder spree. Federal and state indictments show that Chance Seneca, 19, has been arrested and is facing. numerous unheard of charges.
Dating back to last year, Seneca allegedly plotted to use Grindr (a gay social app) to lure; kidnap, and murder gay men so that he could kill them. Federal affidavits and records show that Seneca additionally sought to dismember; eat, and the. Save particular body parts from his victims.
It is unclear exactly how he targeted his victims. During a press conference, federal authorities confirmed that Seneca’s terrifying plot actually took place last summer in the Lafeyette Parish. It isn’t totally clear exactly how many victims he may have had.
Documents show that at least three were kidnapped while another was handcuffed and put into a bathtub. The latter was blindfolded and made to believe they were having sexual intercourse when in fact he had planned to actually cut his hand’s off so he could eat and keep them.
