Gina Carano has been fired from the Mandalorian for her ignorant posts about Jews

Turns out people are learning time and time again that when working for others you probably shouldn’t indicate on social media that you hold some pretty bizarre beliefs about history. Lucasfilm confirmed overnight that Mandalorian star Gina Carano was fired after social media posts appeared online suggesting “political differences” and “Jews” somehow have a correlation.

“Jews were beaten in the streets, not by Nazi soldiers but by their neighbors…. even by children. Because history is edited, most people today don’t realize that to get to the point where Nazi soldiers could easily round up thousands of Jews, the government first made their own neighbors hate them simply for being Jews. How is that any different from hating someone for their political views?” read the now infamous career ending post.

Carano also appears to have previously supported mocking the pandemic and the use of masks; the debunked claim that the 2020 election was stolen, and the additional debunked claim that there was somehow voter fraud in the election.

Lucasfilm reportedly confirmed to the Associated Press that there are “no plans for her to be back in the future.” “Nevertheless, her social media posts denigrating people based on their cultural and religious identities are abhorrent and unacceptable,” the statement read.
