Traitor Senator Josh Hawley loses out on host for fundraiser

Loews Hotel Group wants no parts. Just days after Josh Hawley voiced his support for overturning the election, er, and then sticking to that point even after the Capitol Attacks — he’s taken another big blow. Loews confirmed over the weekend that Hawley ‘s anticipated fundraiser at their Portofino Hotel has been cancelled.

Hawley meanwhile maintains that he did nothing wrong at no time before or after the attacks according to Forbes.

“If these corporations don’t want conservatives to speak, they should just be honest about it,” Hawley said in an email to Forbes. “But to equate leading a debate on the floor of the Senate with inciting violence is a lie, and it’s dangerous.”

Loews joins a series of businesses that otherwise are jumping ship from Hawley starting with the publisher of his book. Just a short time ago, Hawley lost his book publishing deal just after the insurrection that took place because he supported it.

Despite what some others are saying Hawley ‘s actions are blatantly against the U.S constitution and his own constituents. Much of the scandal surrounding him and the reason behind his “cancellation” sits somewhere between the fact that he committed sedition and then tried to overthrow an election.

Hawley joins a long list of Republicans that have had their business lives ruptured by their behaviour that goes against much of modern America. The reckoning with Republicanism while not all Repubs are bad — mostly sits at the fact that some of them appear to need to be weeded out for others to remain common members of society.
