Google has removed far-right website Parler from its app store over the #Capitol riots

Google following pressure from human-rights groups and pretty much every common person has done what needed to be done. According to the company, Parler has now had its app removed after the app helped incite and plan the violence that led to the Capitol Complex invasion. Google maintains that the actions of Parler and its failure to moderate its site are mostly the reason why the app has been removed.

According to Fox News (we don’t link to Fox Here because we won’t line their pockets) Google confirmed in a statement the news.

“We’re aware of continued posting in the Parler app that seeks to incite ongoing violence in the U.S.,” a Google spokesperson wrote in a statement. “In light of this ongoing and urgent public safety threat, we are suspending the app’s listings from the Play Store until it addresses these issues.”
