Donald Trump has lost out to host a PGA tournament at his golf course

Donald Trump has lost out on quite the prestigious honor. According to the PGA of America, Donald Trump ‘s organization will no longer be permitted to host the 2022 golfing championships that are all but next year.

Following his incitement of insurrection, the outgoing President has lost brand deals; companies, partnerships, cabinet members, social media access, and now something very close to him.

In a telephone interview with the AP, the PGA confirmed the news citing they just couldn’t fathom the backlash.

“We find ourselves in a political situation not of our making,” Seth Waugh, the CEO of the PGA of America, said in a telephone interview. “We’re fiduciaries for our members, for the game, for our mission and for our brand. And how do we best protect that? Our feeling was given the tragic events of Wednesday that we could no longer hold it at Bedminster.
