Steel Magnolias actress Carol Sutton, 76, has died from complications of COVID-19

Sad news in the movie industry today. According to reports and the rep for Carol Sutton, the Steel Magnolias star has passe away after a relatively secret battle with COVID-19.

The mayor of New Orleans, however, was the first to confirm the news that the legendary star had passed away after her bout with COVID. It is unclear when she contracted the deadly virus.
