Right-wing site Parler is peaking and it did so remarkably fast

Despite what some thought was remarkable long-term growth, Parler is tanking back to its pre-Election day numbers. For those that are partially unaware, Parler is the right-wing version (and we mean extreme right-wing version) of let’s say Twitter. Around the election earlier this year, Parler saw some pretty remarkable growth amid claims by extreme Trump supporters that they were being censored by what they call Big Tech.

The censorship wasn’t quite what they made it to be however. A quick look at Parler will expose the fact that many felt censored because they simply couldn’t be xenophobic; racist, anti-Black, and most things in between. According to Apptopia, a company that tracks app stats (via CNN), the app has steadily declined since those election-night hikes.

Editors Note: Parler is filled and littered with misinformation; conspiracy theories, and the like led by the likes of a billionaire heiress by the name of Rebekah Mercer.
