Flights from the UK into New York now have one restriction

Travelers from the U.K hoping to get into New York City must now test negative for the novel Coronavirus in order to board planes. According to Delta and British Airways, all flights into the Big Apple will now have the mandated requirement after Andrew Cuomo summoned airline execs in an emergency call this week.

The emergency meeting was called after the U.K has been found to have an even more serious strain of the Coronavirus. According to officials, this particular strain of the Coronavirus is at least 70% more contagious and is believed to be spreading quite fast (as a result we’ve also had to suspend all in-person services we offer in the country.)

There were at least 25 flights that landed from London at JFK this afternoon in NYC alone.
