The agreement that will finally bring the United Kingdom out of the European Union along with its trade pact has reportedly been completed. According to Downing St, the agreement has been struck although must now be placed into legislation in the House of Commons and so on. That part of the deal will take place sometime next week ahead of the New Year.
The long-drawn out attempt at a trade agreement is more than a year in the making almost and is expected to take place on 1 January. It is also expected to take place against the backdrop of a Coronavirus mutation ravaging England right as we speak — leaving many to wonder if healthcare and medicine from outside countries might be jeopardized because of the deal.
