Trump appears to have finally conceded that he lost the election

In a late night Twitter storm, Trump by all accounts appears to have conceded that he lost the election (but then quickly tried to take it back.) The tweet storm went something like this.

The comments were quickly walked back within hours claiming that he would still dispute election results despite certifications beginning in many places.
