Health officials in the United States are now grappling with a bleak reality that most would’ve thought they saw coming. Officials are now sounding the alarms that despite claims that the vaccines proposed are all “effective” — getting them and handling the consequences of them is and will not be any form of a walk in the park.

‘As a practicing physician, I have got to be sure my patients will come back for the second dose,’ said Dr Sandra Fryhofer of Emory University during a Monday meeting with officials, attended by CNBC.
‘We really have got to make patients aware that this is not going to be a walk in the park.’
Ultimately, however, it will be up to states on how the vaccine is administered with some already noting that they will not permit the vaccine in schools.
