Trump ‘s apparent COVID-19 diagnosis throws America into a deepening crisis

Yesterday —- America’s crisis was its own failure to adhere to social distancing and mask guidelines in an effort to quell the Coronavirus. By Thursday, that crisis grew to discovering that the President of the United States now has COVID-19 and may have been a super spreader among the U.S government this entire time.

On Thursday, shortly after 4am, it became public knowledge that Donald and Melania Trump both tested positive for the killer virus just hours after close aide Hope Hicks did herself. Both Trump ‘s are asymptomatic at this time, however, that situation could dramatically escalate as times goes on.

Meanwhile, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has been thrown back into the spotlight because the chances of her being forced to assume the Presidency just actually grew exponentially. Under the 25th amendment, if both the Vice President and the President become sick (which is also likely) — America would then have its first even temporarily female President.

By mid morning Thursday, both Trump’s were in mandatory quarantine following their positive diagnosis but not without much controversy almost universally around the world. After a tenure downplaying the virus, it has now become obvious that Trump may have had it for some time (as Hope Hicks did) and never told anybody.

Here’s what we know so far:

  1. Both Donald and Melania are positive for COVID-19 and as of this writing are believed to have at least mild symptoms. Sources told multiple outlets Friday afternoon that their symptoms are mild and both displayed obvious ones while aboard Air Force One this week upon their return to Washington. Donald attended at least one fundraiser where dozens of people were present.
  2. The Trump Admin was aware as early as early Wednesday that Hope Hicks had tested positive but chose to ignore the signs and the positive test. It is unclear but obvious as to why.
  3. Senate Judiciary Member Mike Lee has also tested positive for the Coronavirus after having attended a fundraiser/event where at least 100 people had been attendance.
  4. The President’s son Barron has reportedly been placed in a safety bubble amid fears he may have the virus.
  5. It is unknown just how many members of the U.S government now have the virus.
  6. The state of the election is now in peril.
  7. Donald Trump likely will not remain on the campaign trail, and questions about whether or not he will remain on the ballot at all are running wild.
  8. He is apparently and reportedly planning an address to the nation sometime between now and Saturday.
