US rapper Takeoff (a member of Migos) is the latest Hollywood star to find themselves the subject of very real rape allegations. According to blog posts published online this week, Takeoff found himself in the midst of some pretty serious allegations after a woman says she was forcibly raped by Takeoff.

According to partial documents obtained by this newspaper, the unidentified woman claims that Takeoff raped her at a party for his occasional DJ Daryl Mcpherson in Los Angeles. Per the woman’s formal complaint to the LA Police Dept, the party in question reportedly happened in June and there are hospital records to back up her claim.
Whilst there are hospital records to show that the woman was actually raped, er, it remains unclear whether or not it was actually Takeoff who did it. Sources close to the Migos rapper confirm subsequently published reports that revealed on Wednesday that he had been slapped with legal action from what is believed to be the unidentified woman.
His lawyer tells TMZ, “We have reviewed the allegations and have similarly done our own due diligence.
“What has become abundantly clear is that the allegations made against Takeoff are patently and provably false. The claims and statements made regarding this lawsuit indicate that the plaintiff’s representatives have not spoken with relevant witnesses or reviewed available evidence.”
