Because it wouldn’t be Trump ‘s world without a smooth transition into near total power. On Friday, it was revealed through a series of online videos that very strange; terrifying, and unmarked federal police officers arrived in Portland. Videos appear to show that upon their arrival they ordered protesters into cars; without cause or warrant, and essentially kidnapped them.
Gov. Kate Brown has led the calls for their dismissal from Portland, however, Homeland Security has made it clear (per Newsweek) that the fascist police force will not be leaving Portland anytime soon.

The arrival of the force comes amid reports that protester Donovan LaBella, 26, was shot square-in-the-face by Donald Trump ‘s illegal police force.
