Report: Ghislaine Maxwell secretly allegedly colluded with con artist Jacob Wohl

Longtime con-artist and scammer Jacob Wohl is back in the news this week. According to one conspicuously placed Daily Mail report, the report alleges that Wohl was paid upwards of $25,000 by Ghislaine Maxwell in a bid to help her smear those trying to jail her for life.

The story doesn’t exactly make full sense yet even as more details continue to emerge. The Daily Mail openly claims that Wohl was hired secretly using a private LLC by Maxwell who took a page right from Epstein ‘s own bizarre and criminal playbook. The payments allegedly were set to continue, er, until Wohl apparently failed at his designated mission to smear the victims of Epstein ‘s reign of terror.

It is unclear if this was the only payment.

In case it can’t get anymore wild, the claims go on further to claim that the deal began roughly around June when Maxwell ‘s team allegedly made contact with Wohl and an associate. Per reports — that associate has been identified Jack Burkman. The two are believed to have conspired together to not only smear Epstein ‘s victims, but, also smear that of former U.S Attorney Geoffrey Berman who was fired out of Manhattan.

An odd coupling indeed.

Unfortunately for Maxwell, it appears that alleged plan may have backfired. Two weeks after the reported plan was put into place, Maxwell was arrested in a pre-dawn raid at a New Hampshire compound she secretly bought several months ago. It remains exactly unclear how exactly Wohl may have gotten involved, but it is worth noting he is still considered a criminal and has multiple trials pending for felony charges.
