Former National Security Advisor John Bolton won a major court victory on Saturday after a judge ruled that his book can come out after all. According to Federal Judge Royce Lambert, the book although controversial in how it came to be can indeed be released for a multitude of reasons.

Lambert in his ruling ruled that because the book has already been provided to numerous media outlets (as have many of the bombshell accusations) — there is no form of classified information that hasn’t already been released.

The book is scheduled for full release this week and is already a best-seller on Amazon.

The judge ultimately ruled that because the book has seen hundreds-of-thousands of copies go out to sellers and members of the press worldwide — there absolutely wasn’t much that could be done about it.
