There’s chaos in Atlanta as some are trying to figure out why he did it. But according to police — Maurice Fayne has been arrested after fraudulently filing a PPP application and then using the $2m loan he got for his own personal reasons.

Fayne who goes by Arkansas Mo during his time on the show listed on his PPP application that he is the sole owner of Flame Trucking an had upwards of a reported 107 employees. He further claimed that he had payroll costs totalling more than $1.4m originally having requested upwards of $3m.
At a time when small businesses are struggling for survival, we cannot tolerate anyone driven by personal greed, who misdirects federal emergency assistance earmarked for keeping businesses afloat,’ said Chris Hacker, Special Agent in Charge of FBI Atlanta.
The feds claim that Fayne illegally used the massive PPP loan he got from the Coronavirus relief bailout to buy a Rolls Royce Wraith; pay back child support, and a Rolex (among other things.)
Fayne ‘s attorney claimed to multiple outlets that the charges were confusing because the guidelines of the PPP programme didn’t state whether or not someone could pay themselves a salary.
He has since been released on $10,000 bond pending further arraignment.
