Less than a month after the lockdown was lifted in Wuhan, authorities scramble to contain a second outbreak

WUHAN, CHINA — Troubling news in Wuhan China today as it has emerged that officials are battling a 2nd outbreak in the city where it all started. According to credible media reports, a cluster of Coronavirus-confirmed cases has popped up in the area igniting the long-expected second outbreak of the novel Coronavirus.

That all of the new cases are asymptomatic leaving the humungous possibility that they all managed to likely spread the virus before they formally tested positive. According to numerous reports surfacing in various parts of the world this evening — hundreds of cases are being reported as asymptomatic. The cluster of five cases is all from the same residential compound in the city.

Meanwhile…

The nearby city of Shulan reportedly has had more than a dozen or so cases pop up in recent days. As a result, local authorities have declared the area the first known high-risk area in the region.
