As it turns out, Joe Biden has finally addressed the loud elephant in the room. According to Bazaar Daily News America, Biden appeared on the network’s Morning Joe programme to address the allegations that he sexually assaulted Tara Reade more than 25 years ago in 1993.
During the appearance, Biden made it clear to presenters that the allegation is all the way untrue. In fact, the National Archives says as a result of the allegation they’re opening up his records to find out if there was ever a complaint actually filed.
“No, it is not true,” he responded. “I’m saying unequivocally: It never, never happened.” Biden says he doesn’t remember any complaint filed by Reade or anything actually appearing in his Senate records. As a result, he has asked the National Archives to open up his records to ensure there isn’t anything there
