France ‘s top “serial killer” expert (hat tip to anyone who knew that was actually a thing) has been exposed as one hell of a liar. According to a French-language interview shared online this week, Stephen Bourgoin exposed himself to be a liar but only after an apparent collective group first discovered the extensive lies.
The interview confirms that his lies date back to 1976 surrounding the story of an apparent wife that was murdered inside of a not-real Los Angeles residence. The problem is that Stephane has not admitted to the fact that she never existed and was based on an entirely different woman. That woman he says is Susan Bickrest which he claims he met in 1975 at a bar in Florida.
The extensive deception has shocked France considering he has long been considered an expert of all experts in the field of serial killers. In fact, Bourgoin once famously claimed to have interviewed more than 77 serial killers but has only actually interviewed about 10 (Charles Manson sold separately.)
