3 TV shows you should watch now that you’re homebound because of the Coronavirus

With the Coronavirus disrupting much of our daily lives — I think I’ve been watching Netflix and Hulu more than I ever have before. Making this friendly for everybody, I’ve rounded up some pretty interesting shows you could probably check out now that most of us are remote indefinitely.

  1. The Bold Type

Centred around a group of fantastic young women — The Bold Type tells the story of Sutton; Jane, and her friends while juggling life as magazine editors in New York City. Life at Stafford can be pretty befuddling, but for these girls — anything is possible.

2. Good Trouble

This one was pretty new to me. Having come on by accident after the Bold Type while I was obsessively scrubbing down my apartment, I actually found it to be pretty interesting. Good Trouble follows two young women as they navigate the cutthroat world of Los Angeles (and the equally attractive men inside said Los Angeles.). Callie and Mariana battle it out at work (tech/a legal clerk respectively) wondering if they made the right decision about their difficult new lives.

3. Burden of Truth

A mysterious illness plagues a high school full of promising young women, and nobody quite knows what it is. One ambitious lawyer and her friends find themselves returning to their hometown to save lives one step at a time — before it’s too late.
