Trump, CDC have totally different takes on the coronavirus

There’s Trump ‘s opinion, and then there are the opinions of the actual professionals in the field that people should be paying attention along with. But on Tuesday, the American government sort of got into a sparring match of sorts after the CDC issued a dire warning telling Americans that a “disruption to their everyday lives is and almost certainly will be inevitable due to the virus.”

Trump, however, did not take kindly to the news and repeatedly following the announcement by the CDC attempted to downplay the state of the virus. It is worth noting that the state of the coronavirus is nearing pandemic levels, although most appear to be paying attention to the droves of misinformation coming out about said virus.

Here’s how it went down.

Low Ratings Fake News MSDNC (Comcast) & @CNN are doing everything possible to make the Caronavirus look as bad as possible, including panicking markets, if possible,” Trump tweeted.

According to Trump there will be a press conference on the matter some time today. Although it kind of goes without saying that the CDC should be listened to over Donald Trump.
