Weather update for parts of England today. This weekend alone has been a pretty damaging time for parts of England and Wales as some areas got more than a month’s worth of rainfall — quite literally in less. than 48 hours.

According to the Met Office, this is the second major storm in less than a week for most of England. The region is struggling to contain reservoirs; river banks, and other areas that have large bodies of water. Homes and businesses are under siege by the storm, as authorities have already been unable to save at least two people from Storm Dennis.

As of this writing, a Red Warning has been issued for South Wales. This means that flooding conditions and other things are so bad that they’re considered life-threatening. If you’re in an area experiencing heavy rainfall — please stay safe.
