Day 3 of the Impeachment Trial of Donald J. Trump brought more drama than even your grittiest of T.V. shows. As witnessed on national television, some Republican Senators didn’t even bother to maintain themselves in their seats or within Senate chambers at all.

Republicans stepped up their childish mantra by even handing out fidget spinners; toys, and making fun of Democratic leaders actually attempting to do their jobs.

4 Major Takeaways from Day 3:

Senator Richard Burr of North Carolina was the first of many to hand out fidget spinners.

Congressman Mark Meadows claimed Senators were demanding aspirins over the “repetitive” information provided by Democrats.

At least 16 Republican Senators didn’t bother to show up at all, subjecting themselves to very real and very possible legal trouble.

Lindsey Graham is probably fuming at home tonight after a 1999 clip of himself was played for Senators. In that clip, he can be heard stating a different take on impeachment providing he has now widely become a hypocrite.
