MANHATTAN — Grisly discovery in Manhattan this week. Privately on Wednesday, the MTA found itself dealing with yet another crisis on its hands. Reports now indicate that a dead homeless man was found around 8:40 p.m on the D train as it pushed into 59th and Columbus Circle. The man appeared to be covered in maggots and had died on the subway.
The discovery comes amid increased pushes by activists and the like to get the city to do more for the people who call New York home — ya know instead of criminalizing homelessness and fair jumpers.
