D-Day has come for Donald Trump. The beginning of the end and an uncertain future is here. Saturday marked official responses on record from the Trump administration about his proven involvement in withholding aide from Ukraine in an attempt to blackmail Joe Biden.
Now, his defence team has delivered their opening arguments and notices of which defences they intend to use to Senate officials. Whether or not Democrats also have access to those arguments.
“This is a brazen and unlawful attempt to overturn the results of the 2016 election and interfere with the 2020 election, now just months away,” the filing states.
