A refusal to comment is usually an indication that it did occur and that people are now under obligation to remain hush. Over the weekend, it emerged that the Duchess of Sussex has viewed a massive $27m abode on Canada’s Billionaires Row.
With that report came the race to find the real estate agent behind the home and property. The Daily News did indeed track down a man named Daniel Tan, who does indeed appear to be the estate agent for the massive home.
On WhatsApp Saturday night, I was tipped off with Tan’s mobile number that led me to him directly on WhatsApp. He refused to comment on the story indicating that the Duchess indeed viewed the home, and isn’t allowed to say anything.
He appears to be a personal estate agent and may also have an association with Angell Hasman & Associates Realty located in West Vancouver.
