But Sobol ‘s time in activism and influencership has been marred by political unrest; intervention from the government, and a glaring protest that saw her refuse food for three weeks.

Sobol is a woman of determination; activism, and believes that everyone should exercise their human rights.

The goal of Sobol ‘s protests and those in which work closely with her are to force Vladamir Putin ‘s repressive and totalitarian regime to change its ways. As of 2019, hundreds of once prospective city council members sit behind bars for organizing the protests in question. Sobol herself was once notably dragged out of a organisation site on a couch by Russian security forces.

Vladamir Putin is terrified of the idea of people like Sobol running for any form of political office. As of December 2019, she is banned from doing such.

But not because she’s committed a crime, but instead because her running for any form of office or council seat would mean that Vladamir Putin would have to answer for his crimes against humanity and his own people. In July, Sobol began a conquest with her political party to gain access to city council elections in Moscow but on numerous occasions was arrested along with party members by security forces.
