Setting the political stage for a showdown worthy of its own movie. According to the Supreme Court, it will hear the case of Trump ‘s financial; tax, and bank records and whether or not he has the right to keep them from Congress. The hearings and arguments are expected to begin in the Spring, with formal decisions sometime between June and July.

So far, Trump has lost at every step of his conquest to keep records private which is how it ended up at the Supreme Court to begin with. It remains unclear how exactly the Justices will rule, although, if they rule against him it likely will cost Trump the election.
