According to a previous statement by the Ali Forney Center, the 10 floor building will not have an age cap and will not be limited just to LGBTQ folks.   The residences will feature shared living (minus the rooms, everybody will have their own room).  According to a previously released pamphlet,  tenants will pay their rent on a sliding scale.
