And it’s about damn time. According to reports, the British government is preparing to release the long awaited report on the Grenfell fires that occurred in 2017. A pretty damning 1,000 page report by Sir Martin Moore-Bick was released today marking a showdown over Johnson ‘s failure to promptly respond to the report.
Moore-Bick cited in his report that Johnson “must” do more to act and bring the Grenfell disaster to a close as many continue to move on and find new homes. The Grenfell Towers burst into flames in 2017 killing dozens of people and obliterating several homes. Many local residents still feel like Dany Cotton (chief of the Fire & Rescue org) hasn’t done much.
In response to the release of the document below, many are calling for her resignation and rescinding of her pension.
