Instant News: A mass shooting occurred last night in Brooklyn

BROOKLYN — This is a Daily News Instant News Report.  The Daily News has learned that 11 people plus 1 fatality were severely injured after a gunman opened fire on a playground last night. According to reports — that playground is located off of Christopher and Hegeman avenues where the annual two-day “Old Timers Day” party was being held.
