Kim Fields defends her role in Beth Chapmans’ funeral planning [Reports]

For those that haven’t been living under a rock,  one might be aware that known racist Beth Chapman died a while back.  It was no secret in Hollywood and thanks to social media that Chapman did not have the best relationship with black people.

But notably Kim Fields did not get that message. In statements released Friday, Kim Fields openly defended her decision to even play a minor role in the planning of Chapman’s funeral.    Fields apparently is the social media coordinator for The Heritage Christian Centre.

In an interview published Friday…

“In the name of service, we have different roles that we are executing,” Fields told ET. “That being said, my role here at the church is leading up visual and social media and content. Of course, any time there is service here at the church, I spearhead an awesome team that’s responsible for everything that goes on camera, as well as the streaming. So, when those components got pulled into the Chapman service, that’s me and my department. That is all.”

The funeral will apparently be broadcasted on WGNAmerica.com — which is where Fields’ apparent part in this fiasco plays in.

Social media users of course aren’t logically having it.
