The 9/11 fund that helps survivors and their families with healthcare and the like, perhaps, just got the biggest boost supporters could’ve hoped for. According to this bill, the legislation passed today with a vote of 97-2.

This means that per legislation people will be able to file their claims and such until about 2092 (and yes you’re reading that right). Buzzfeed reports that both Jon Stewart and the bills original author step Carolyn Maloney were in Washington for its passing. The legislation received overwhelming reported support in both chambers.

According to fiscal reports from the fund, the fund has approved more than 30,000 claims as of this point totaling more than $12billion.
