In our bizarre story of the week we bring you the news of a Tennessee man arrested after it was discovered that he was living above an underage girls bedroom.
This is not a drill. According to Buzzfeed News, Matthew Castro, 18, was found literally hiding underneath Christmas decorations in the home of the underage girl. The woman’s mother was apparently home at the time of the discovery but it is unclear just how the older man even started dating the girl to begin with.
(It’s worth noting that in the state of TN it appears that the age gap is apparently legal according to Buzzfeed).
About two weeks ago the girls’ mother arrived home to find Castro standing on their stairwell. From there a police report reportedly reads that Castro had previously been arrested for aggravated trespassing on the property at least three times.
