YouTube personality Austin Jones sentenced to 10 years in prison

Shocking news in the world of influencers and YouTube gurus. According to reports, popular personality Austin Jones has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for enticing underage girls.

Jones, 26, pleaded guilty in February to enticing 6 underage girls to send him saucy pictures. He had creepishly dubbed it — prove to me your my biggest fan … no really.

“Production and receipt of child pornography are extraordinarily serious offenses that threaten the safety of our children and communities,” Assistant U.S. Attorney Katherine Neff Welsh said in a sentencing memo. “Jones’s actions took something from his victims and their families that they will never be able to get back.

He admitted to the judge that he had knowingly conned six underage girls into sending him saucy photos. Some of them had even gone on to attempt suicide — so the judge reportedly held no leniency in his favor.
