Kensington Palace has a staff problem: Deep Dive

The front of the palace (HRP staff works on the public side).

Kensington Palace apparently has quite the HR problem. According to The Daily Mail, the tabloid has uncovered a string of swept-under-the-rug employment firings that have occurred since 2015. Records obtained by The Mail show that some 27 HRP employees have been let go since that time, two of them, allegedly fired over reported harassment.

Another? Documents show that one particular individual was let go “for direct fraud involving monies and the monarchy itself”. Documents further accrued the idea that it appears HRP has a “wide ranging problem that their staff just can’t behave”. From staff at castles; to parks, the palace (the public side) and various other HRP staffed buildings — nobody knows how to keep it together”.

Of the most notable reasons for dismissals: failure to follow protocol, dishonesty, professional misconduct, and other very serious allegations.
