FATAL ATTRACTION killer RELEASED on parole: Top Story

When there’s white involved it means parole is almost certain (in some cases). In today’s not-so-shocking news, a white woman who was famously dubbed the “Fatal Attraction Killer” in the 90s has been released on parole. Local news reports confirmed that Carolyn Warmus has been granted parole after spending more than 20 years in prison for murder.

She is scheduled for release in June according to reports.

Warmus was sentenced in 1992 for the murder of Betty Jeanne Solomon. Warmus murdered Solomon allegedly out of spite because of the affair she was having with her husband. Prosecutors alleged at the time (Jan 1989) Warmus was having an illicit affair with the woman’s husband Paul Solomon.

On that fatal night in 1989, prosecutors then allege that Warmus fired 9 shots at Solomon in her Greenburgh New York home. She was sentenced to 25 years with the possibility of parole.

Solomon himself has not publicly commented on her release.
