OAKLAND — Interesting news in the case against Lori Loughlin; Felicity Huffman, and about 48 others. According to the Los Angeles Times, Oakland mother Jennifer Kay has reportedly filed a billion (that’s Billions with a B) dollar lawsuit against those involved in the massive college entrance scam.
“Joshua and I beleived [sic] that he’d had a fair chance just like all other applicants but did not make the cut for some undisclosed reason,” she writes in her lawsuit. “I’m now outraged and hurt because I feel that my son, my only child, was denied access to a college not because he failed to work and study hard enough but because wealthy individuals felt that it was ok to lie, cheat, steal and bribe their children’s way into a good college.”
Loughlin and Huffman have not commented on news of the lawsuit.
